However, we only publish a very small number of articles out of the hundreds of requests that we get daily. Most people fail to follow our guidelines and get rejected.

To help guide you through the submission process and provide clarity on what to expect, we have outlined our guest post guidelines below. Make sure to follow them!

Guest post guidelines for F/MS

To ensure the quality of our content, we require that all submitted articles meet the following criteria:

  • Sufficient length: 1,000 words minimum (but don’t add fluff if you don’t hit that mark)
  • Short intro: ~150 words. Introduce your topic and then tell the reader what the post will cover.
  • Friendly tone: Conversational, not corporate! Free from AI fluff.
  • High quality: Original, actionable, organized, previously unpublished and not too promotional!
  • Skimmability: Headings, subheadings, short paragraphs, etc.
  • Short author bio: 1-3 sentences. You can include links to your website or social accounts.
  • Format: Markdown in a Google Doc. Use appropriate headings (H2, H3, H4) to structure your article.
  • Images: Be sure to include source and alt text for all images you use. We encourage unique screenshots or custom graphics over generic stock photos.
  • Backlinks: maximum two relevant backlinks, provided they add value to the article. Affiliate links are not allowed.

  • Feel free to send us a topic and a link to the website/product that is to be linked to in your article in order to get a pre-approval via this form.
  • If we decide to move forward with your article, we will notify you and you can pay.
  • Once the payment is done, you must fill in the form with the topic of your blog post, your website/ product and a link to your article, following the instructions in the form. The form will become available AFTER the payment directly on the Stripe page. Don't miss this step.
  • We reserve the right to reject or modify your submission. If necessary, we may request that you make revisions.
  • We reserve the right to create a slug that is allowed by our content management system and if meta description is not provided, we will create one as we see fit.
  • We will use the images that you provide (if they are properly submitted) but will create our own banner that fits the style of the blog.
  • By submitting your article to us, you agree not to publish it elsewhere, including on your own website or blog, if it is accepted and published by us.
  • If we do not move forward with publishing your article, you retain full ownership and may choose to publish or use it as you wish.
We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, style, SEO, and length, and the ultimate right to reject a post (even after payment) if it fails to meet guidelines or requires excessive revisions.
