How to choose the right fintech event

  1. Decide what you need this year. Investors and pitch stages: Fintech Meetup, 4YFN, Pitch360, EBAday and FinovateFall. Bank and payments buyers: MPE, Pay360, EBAday and the Money20/20 shows.
  2. Apply early. The EBAday Fintech Zone closes on 29 January 2027, and pitch slots at the other events fill months before the show.
  3. Check the startup pass. Money20/20 Europe and Asia have cheaper passes for young startups, with clear rules on company age and money raised.
  4. Combine trips. UK FinTech Week and Pay360 share a London week in April; FinovateFall and Money20/20 Middle East clash in mid-September.
  5. Follow up. Banks buy slowly, so write to the people you meet within 48 hours and keep in touch. See more startup competitions.
