1. CloudFest Global: 15–18 March 2027, Europa-Park
Held inside a theme park, CloudFest is the meeting place of the cloud and hosting industry. Its Startup Area and hackathon make it a good first stage if your SaaS sells to hosting companies, agencies or developers, because the buyers and channel partners are all in one place.
2. MicroConf US: 18–20 April 2027, Austin
MicroConf calls itself the original conference for bootstrapped businesses, and 2027 is its first edition in Austin. Founders of profitable small SaaS companies share real numbers on pricing, marketing and hiring. The best fit on this list if you are growing on revenue instead of venture capital.
3. Business of Software Europe: April 2027, venue to be announced
Business of Software is known for long, practical talks on product, pricing and profitable growth, without hype. The organiser lists the European edition for April 2027 and takes sign-ups for updates; we'll add the exact dates and venue when they are out.
4. Top Founders Summit London: 8–10 May 2027, London
An invite-only retreat hosted by Nathan Latka of Founderpath, the company behind SaaStock, with keynotes, a hackathon and a page where you can apply to pitch your startup. SaaStock's large London flagship for 2027 is a separate event: AI Growth Summit Europe on 24–26 May 2027 at Tobacco Dock.
5. SaaStr AI Annual: 11–12 May 2027, San Francisco Bay Area
The organiser expects more than 10,000 founders, executives and VCs. Besides the talks, the site lists a pitch competition and a Meet a VC matchmaking programme, so it works for fundraising as well as learning. Note that it falls on the same days as SaaSiest in Malmö.
6. SaaSiest: 11–12 May 2027, Malmö
SaaSiest describes itself as the largest community-driven B2B SaaS event in the Nordics. It is a good place to meet Nordic SaaS founders and the investors who back them, a 24-minute direct train ride from Copenhagen Airport.
7. Nordic Software Summit: 26 August 2027, Copenhagen
A free one-day summit that its organiser calls the Nordics' largest event for B2B SaaS; the 2026 edition had more than 1,200 attendees. Apply early, as entry is by invitation or application.
8. SaaS Summit Benelux: 28 September 2027, Amsterdam
Capped at 350 people, with a clear promise: no booths and no paid speaking slots. Come to swap lessons with other SaaS founders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
9. MicroConf Europe: 3–5 October 2027, Dubrovnik
The European edition of MicroConf, for founders who build profitable software companies without venture capital. Small groups (masterminds) let you work on your own business with peers, which is why many founders come back every year.
10. ARRtist AI Summit: 14 October 2027, Berlin
A small, curated room for about 250 founders, with investors present, a startup pitch competition with coaching, and mentor matchmaking. Good for early-stage SaaS founders in the German-speaking market who want to sharpen their pitch and meet angels.
