The best fintech events for founders in 2027 are the ones where you can pitch, meet banks and payment companies that could become your customers, and find investors who understand regulated businesses. These are the ten worth planning your year around, from London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona and Rome to Las Vegas, Bangkok, New York and Riyadh.
Fintech covers payments, banking software, lending, wealth and insurance technology, and the infrastructure behind them. We chose events with a pitch competition, a startup pass or the right buyers in the room, with Europe first and the best of the rest of the world. We checked every date on the organiser's own website and mark each one as Confirmed (date on the official site), Announced (reliable second source only) or Expected (based on past editions only). All ten below are Confirmed.

How to choose the right fintech event
- Decide what you need this year. Investors and pitch stages: Fintech Meetup, 4YFN, Pitch360, EBAday and FinovateFall. Bank and payments buyers: MPE, Pay360, EBAday and the Money20/20 shows.
- Apply early. The EBAday Fintech Zone closes on 29 January 2027, and pitch slots at the other events fill months before the show.
- Check the startup pass. Money20/20 Europe and Asia have cheaper passes for young startups, with clear rules on company age and money raised.
- Combine trips. UK FinTech Week and Pay360 share a London week in April; FinovateFall and Money20/20 Middle East clash in mid-September.
- Follow up. Banks buy slowly, so write to the people you meet within 48 hours and keep in touch. See more startup competitions.
