The best healthtech events for founders in 2027 are the ones where you can pitch, meet the hospitals, health systems and insurers that could buy from you, and find investors who understand regulation and long sales cycles.   • US digital health companies raised $7.4 billion across 244 deals in the first half of 2026, up from $6.4 billion a year earlier, according to Rock Health data reported by Healthcare Dive.
  • In Europe, 424 healthtech companies raised €7.7 billion across 439 funding rounds in 2025, according to Tech.eu.
  • Women's health receives only 6% of private healthcare investment, and 90% of that goes to cancers, reproductive health and maternal health, according to the World Economic Forum and BCG.

How to choose the right healthtech event

  1. Decide who you sell to. Hospitals and health systems: DMEA, Digital Health Rewired, Vitalis and ViVE. Investors: HLTH Europe, HLTH USA, 4YFN and JPM week. Consumers and devices: CES.
  2. Pick your market. Each health system buys differently, so go where your first customers are: the NHS in Birmingham, German hospitals and insurers in Munich, the Nordic regions in Gothenburg, Gulf health systems in Dubai.
  3. Use startup rates. Digital Health Rewired, HLTH Europe and ViVE have reduced tickets for young companies, with clear rules on company age and money raised.
  4. Apply early. Pitch slots at HLTH Europe, WHX Tech and ViVE and the startup areas at CES and DMEA fill months before each show.
