Norway's startup year peaks twice: in January, when the venture community meets in Trondheim, and in late October, with Oslo Innovation Week. In between come big industry fairs where ocean, energy and fintech founders meet their customers.
This guide lists startup, tech, investor and industry events in Norway from November 2026 to the end of 2027, in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Kristiansand and Tromsø. We checked every date on the organiser's own website. Where a date isn't published yet, we say so, and we mark each event as Confirmed (date on the official site), Announced (date from a reliable second source) or Expected (based on past editions only).
This article is regularly updated with new events. Do you know about an event that needs to be added? Send us some info and we will see if it's a fit.

- Innovation Norway: the state agency for start-up grants, loans and export support. Check its current grant amounts on its own site before you apply. innovasjonnorge.no

How to get the most out of Norway startup events
- Book January in Trondheim. Venturekonferansen brings the Norwegian venture community together in one day.
- Sell before you raise. Nor-Shipping, Aqua Nor, One Ocean Week and Oslo Business Forum are where Norwegian industry buys. Bring a pilot offer, not a pitch deck.
- Start free. Gründerkveld in Kristiansand and NM i AI cost nothing. Oslo Innovation Week has no single pass, so register only for the events you need.
- Watch the early birds. Arctic Frontiers' discount ends on 8 November 2026 and NDC Oslo's lowest price on 18 December. Apply to pitch competitions such as 100 Pitches early.
- Combine it with a Nordic trip. See our guides to startup events in Sweden, Denmark and Finland, the Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki city guides, and our guide to startup events in Europe.
