Almost every startup runs on someone's cloud, and the cloud bill is often a founder's second-biggest cost after salaries. These are the ten best cloud computing events of 2027 for founders, from Tallinn, London, Rust, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Hamburg to Las Vegas and New Orleans.
We picked events with free or cheap tickets, startup areas, pitches or hackathons, or the cloud buyers and engineers a young company needs, with Europe first when quality is equal. We checked every date on the organiser's own website and mark each one as Confirmed (date on the official site), Announced (reliable second source only) or Expected (based on past editions only). All ten below are Confirmed for 2027. Watch the clash: CloudFest and KubeCon Europe both run on 15–18 March 2027, so pick the one that fits your customers.

Top 10 Cloud Computing Startup Events of 2027 at a Glance
The 10 best cloud computing events of 2027
1. Cloud Tech Tallinn: 4–5 February 2027, Tallinn
Cloud Tech Tallinn covers the Microsoft cloud: Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, security and AI, for more than 400 people in a former power station. It is a small, affordable event and a good start if your product sells into Microsoft shops. See our list of startup events in Tallinn.
2. Tokenomicon + FinOps X London: 8–9 February 2027, London
FinOps X Europe has become Tokenomicon + FinOps X, run by the Tokenomics Foundation with the FinOps Foundation as a supporter. It is about one problem every start-up has: getting value out of cloud and AI spending. The US edition runs in San Diego on 7–10 June 2027. See our list of startup events in London.
3. Tech Show London: 10–11 March 2027, London
Tech Show London puts several cloud shows under one roof, so one free badge covers cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security and data centres. Free entry is for technology buyers and users; vendors pay to exhibit. It is a good place to learn what enterprise cloud teams are buying.
4. CloudFest: 15–18 March 2027, Rust (Germany)
CloudFest is the most start-up-friendly cloud show in Europe, held in a theme park. Its StartUp Alley is for companies under 5 years old with fewer than 100 staff, and the Silver PLUS package guarantees a slot in the RollerCoaster pitch. The CloudFest Hackathon (12–14 March, tenth edition) gives participants a free attendee pass. Founders who sell to hosting companies will probably need the Vendor Pass. See our guide to startup events in Germany.
5. KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe: 15–18 March 2027, Barcelona
The CNCF's flagship conference is where cloud native buyers, maintainers and infrastructure investors meet. There is no start-up ticket, but the Individual rate is for people paying their own way, and the CNCF offers scholarships and travel funding. Cloud Native Rejekts runs in Barcelona on 13–14 March. See our list of startup events in Barcelona.
6. Google Cloud Next: 13–15 April 2027, Las Vegas
Google Cloud's yearly conference is the place to hear about its products and partner programmes first. It is expensive, so go only if Google Cloud is central to your product or your sales; the early-bird price saves $600. See our list of startup events in Las Vegas.
7. Tech Show Frankfurt: 19–20 May 2027, Frankfurt
Cloud & AI Infrastructure is the former Cloud Expo Europe Frankfurt, now part of Tech Show Frankfurt. It is the German-speaking market's version of the London show, useful if you want to sell cloud services or tools in the DACH region.
8. ContainerDays Hamburg: 1–2 September 2027, Hamburg
ContainerDays is a hands-on Kubernetes conference with a floating stage on the historic MS Bleichen, and cheaper than KubeCon. The team also runs ContainerDays London on 10–11 February 2027 and Warsaw on 23–24 February 2027.
9. Civo Navigate London: 27 September 2027, London
Civo, a UK cloud provider, runs Navigate for up to 800 people from fast-growing start-ups and large engineering teams. At £50 for the first tickets it is the cheapest serious cloud native day in Europe, with sovereign cloud as its 2027 theme.
10. KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America: 8–11 November 2027, New Orleans
The North American KubeCon is the largest cloud native event of the year. If you missed Barcelona in March, this is your second chance to meet the community in 2027.

How to choose a cloud computing event

- Pick CloudFest or KubeCon. They clash on 15–18 March 2027. CloudFest suits founders who sell to hosting companies and agencies; KubeCon suits cloud native and open source tools.
- Look for start-up slots. CloudFest's StartUp Alley and RollerCoaster pitch, its hackathon and TechEx's Startup Pass are made for young companies.
