1. MedInTechs: 3–4 March 2027, Paris
MedInTechs is a yearly health innovation fair in Paris, with conferences, workshops and themed villages where start-ups show their products to hospital buyers and clinicians. 2. LSI USA '27 Emerging Medtech Summit: 15–19 March 2027, Dana Point
LSI USA is one of the densest rooms of medtech investors of the year. In 2026 it had 394 presenting start-ups and more than 500 investors and strategics. Applications to present for 2027 are open, and founders raising seed to Series B use it to book a week of investor meetings.
3. MedTech World Middle East: 23–25 March 2027, Dubai

4. MedTech Strategist Innovation Summit Dublin: 27–29 April 2027, Dublin

5. MedTech World North America: 5–7 May 2027, West Palm Beach
The 2027 edition adds dedicated MedTech World Startup Tracks and a live start-up pitch competition, with curated private meetings and investor sessions. Presentation slots are limited, so apply early.
6. MEDevice Boston: 11–12 May 2027, Boston

7. Swiss Medtech Day: 9 June 2027, Bern

8. Medical Technology Ireland: 22–23 September 2027, Galway

9. RSNA: 14–18 November 2027, Chicago
RSNA is the world's largest radiology meeting. Its Startup Showcase gives young imaging companies a small kiosk in the exhibit hall, a far cheaper way to meet radiologists and imaging buyers than a full stand. In 2027 the meeting moves two weeks earlier than usual, to 14–18 November.
10. MEDICA: 15–18 November 2027, Düsseldorf
MEDICA is the world's largest medical trade fair, and COMPAMED, for medtech suppliers, runs alongside it. The MEDICA START-UP PARK has its own stage, an investors lounge and consulting tracks, and spots started at €2,950 in 2026. - Medtech venture funding totalled $8 billion across 278 rounds in the first three quarters of 2026, according to J.P. Morgan.
- Later-stage rounds took about 80% of that money: Series B and later raised $6.3 billion, against $1.6 billion across 106 seed and Series A rounds (J.P. Morgan). Early-stage founders have to work harder to find investors, which is what LSI, MedTech Strategist and the MedTech World pitches are for.
