Warsaw's biggest founder date of 2027 is Wolves Summit on 7–8 April, where founders meet investors in pre-booked meetings. Before that, November 2026 is packed: Warsaw Finance Week, DevFest, a free pitch night and the Data Science Summit. For women in tech, the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit returns on 16–17 June 2027.

The City of Warsaw's fintech review opens Warsaw Finance Week. The call for startups to present closed on 13 October, but you can still attend for free.

Founders Connect #7: 4 November 2026
Run by the VC fund Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder: founder talks on building vertical AI companies, then networking with more than 100 founders.
Warsaw Security Summit and Poland 2.0 Summit: 6–7 November 2026
Useful for security startups that sell to large Polish companies. See our cybersecurity startup events.
Speakers include Przemek Gdański, CEO of BNP Paribas Bank Polska, and the economist Marcin Piątkowski. A good place to meet ambitious young people if you're hiring.
Founder Institute Founder Night Out: 19 November 2026
An evening to meet Warsaw's AI founders, investors and operators, and to ask about Founder Institute's new in-person Warsaw cohort (see below). Founder Institute also runs a speed mentoring night on 3 December.

Data Science Summit: 26–27 November 2026
One of the biggest data and AI conferences in Central Europe, held in the national stadium.
FINTECH Poland Expo and TEDxWarsaw Women: 1–4 December 2026
The first edition, at the big exhibition centre about 20 km south-west of the city centre.
A day of talks on what seems obvious and isn't. TED's page says to RSVP by email, while the organiser's own site sells tickets, so check tedxwarsawwomen.com first.
Spring 2027
Warsaw IT Days: 1–2 April 2027
The 18th edition of Warszawskie Dni Informatyki, which draws more than 10,000 people. Good for hiring engineers.
Wolves Summit: 7–8 April 2027
Warsaw's main founder event: more than 100 investors, 250 founders and over 2,000 pre-booked one-to-one meetings. There are 99 pitches, a pitch competition with five winners and a reverse pitch where investors pitch to founders. Book early, because the discount gets smaller each month. A Warsaw AI Summit is also announced for 6 April 2027 at EXPO XXI, but so far only on a form for partners and speakers, without an organiser named or tickets. We'll add it once it has an official page.
4Developers and Code Europe AI: 13–22 April 2027
Code Europe expects about 1,800 people on site. Both are good places to find a technical co-founder.

Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit: 16–17 June 2027
Europe's largest women in tech conference, run by the Perspektywy Education Foundation, with a mentoring zone and a career expo. The best-fit event of the year for women founders in Warsaw. See our women in tech events.
Warsaw Tech Week: 28–30 September 2027
The second edition joins AI and big data, cybersecurity, data centre and HR tech shows; the first, in October 2026, had more than 10,000 visitors. Don't confuse it with Poland Tech Week, a separate week of free events across Warsaw.

- Ulga na start: first-time founders pay no social insurance contributions (ZUS) for the first 6 months; the health contribution is still due. biznes.gov.pl
- Preferential ZUS: after that, social contributions can be based on 30% of the minimum wage for 24 months. biznes.gov.pl

How to get the most out of Warsaw startup events
- Book Wolves Summit early. Startup tickets get more expensive on 1 November and again on 1 December.
- Use the free events. FinTech City, Founders Connect, Pitch Me Baby and Venture Café cost nothing.
- Pitch in November. Apply to pitch at Pitch Me Baby on 25 November to practise before Wolves Summit.
- Check the venue. FINTECH Poland Expo and Warsaw Tech Week are at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, outside the city.
- Register your company before you sell. S24 and the ulga na start make the first months cheap.
