Proptech founders sell to property owners, developers, housing companies, brokers and cities, and those buyers gather at a few big fairs and a handful of focused summits each year. These are the ten best proptech events of 2027 for startups, from Cannes, Madrid, Hamburg, Hannover, London and Munich to Dubai, New York, Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas.
We picked events with a startup pass, a startup area, a pitch competition or a room full of real estate buyers, with Europe first. We checked every date on the organiser's own website and mark each one as Confirmed (date on the official site), Announced (reliable second source only) or Expected (based on past editions only). All ten below are Confirmed for 2027.

The Dubai edition is held in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, which brings government and big developers into the room. Its Global PropTech & ConTech Awards include a NextGen Innovation Award for an early-stage startup. See our list of startup events in Dubai.
3. RETCON: 7–9 March 2027, Fort Lauderdale
RETCON is built around buyers: qualified real estate owners and operators who register by 1 January 2027 attend free, so the room is full of the people who sign proptech contracts. The Startup Company Pass is limited to one founder per eligible company.
4. REBUILD: 16–18 March 2027, Madrid
REBUILD covers industrialised construction, digitalisation and decarbonisation. Its Contech Startup Forum takes proposals from 10 November 2026 until 9 February 2027, and the selected startups are announced from 17 February 2027. It clashes with MIPIM, so pick the one closer to your buyers. See our guide to startup events in Spain.
5. MIPIM: 16–19 March 2027, Cannes
MIPIM is the biggest week of the year for real estate investors and cities, and in 2027 it adds a Tech & AI Hub at the Gray d'Albion hotel. Its Startup Pass is for independent tech startups under six years old with fewer than 100 employees: you apply, and you get the registration link once approved. See our guide to startup events in France.
6. Proptech Summit: 14–15 April 2027, Hamburg
The Proptech Summit is a compact German fair on digitalisation and sustainability in real estate, held with a Construction Summit on the same dates. 7. Real Estate Arena: 9–10 June 2027, Hannover
Real Estate Arena calls itself Germany's real estate fair and future conference, and it has its own startup theme for companies that simplify processes and open up building data. The public-sector ticket brings municipal and housing buyers, which makes it useful for proptechs selling to German housing. See our guide to startup events in Germany.
8. PropTech Connect Europe: 8–9 September 2027, London
PropTech Connect Europe bills itself as Europe's largest real estate tech event and connects VCs with startups through its networking app. The Startup Pass includes a set number of meeting requests, so plan who you want to meet before you go. See our list of startup events in London.
9. EXPO REAL: 4–6 October 2027, Munich
EXPO REAL is Europe's largest real estate fair. Its Transform & Beyond area is where companies, start-ups and scale-ups present new solutions, and there are startup stand packages for founders who want to exhibit rather than walk the halls. See our list of startup events in Munich.
10. Blueprint: 26–28 October 2027, Las Vegas
Blueprint is the big US gathering of built-world startups and venture investors. The Early Stage Startup pass requires the CEO or a founder to attend, which tells you who the room expects to meet. See our list of startup events in Las Vegas.

How to choose a proptech event
- Start from your buyer. Brokerages go to Inman Connect, owners and operators to RETCON, German housing companies to Real Estate Arena and the Proptech Summit, and global investors and cities to MIPIM and EXPO REAL.
- Use the startup passes. MIPIM, PropTech Connect, RETCON and Blueprint all have cheaper passes for young companies, but each has its own rules on company age or funding.
- Pitch where the jury buys. The Contech Startup Forum at REBUILD takes proposals until 9 February 2027, and PropTech Connect Middle East has an award for early-stage startups.
- Book meetings before you travel. PropTech Connect runs its matchmaking through an app with a limited number of requests on the Startup Pass, so choose them early.
- Exhibit once you have customers. EXPO REAL's Transform & Beyond area and its startup stand packages are worth it when you can show buyers a working product.
