1. CES: 6–9 January 2027, Las Vegas
CES is where carmakers, chipmakers and mobility startups launch their products each January, and its Vehicle Tech and Advanced Mobility track covers autonomy, EVs and in-car tech. The Eureka Park startup area is for companies five years old or less, with Series B funding or less and a demo-ready product; the 2027 application is open. 2. Autonomous Cities Summit: 18 March 2027, London
The former European AV Summit, now in its seventh edition, has become the Autonomous Cities Summit: a day of keynotes, closed-door roundtables and networking with limited attendance. 3. CoMotion MIAMI: 27–28 April 2027, Miami
The eighth CoMotion MIAMI mixes panels, pitches, workshops and demos, and the free pass for the public sector means city and transit buyers are in the room. Buy before 8 March 2027 for the half-price rate.
4. Velo-city: 25–28 May 2027, Matsuyama
Velo-city is the European Cyclists' Federation's flagship summit and the place where city cycling policy is shaped. The 2027 edition is the first in Japan, so it suits bike, e-bike and cycling-data founders looking at Asian cities.
5. Power2Drive Europe: 7–10 June 2027, Munich

6. UITP Summit: 14–17 June 2027, Hamburg

7. Micromobility Europe: 15–16 June 2027, Berlin

8. The Battery Show Europe: 22–24 June 2027, Stuttgart
The Battery Show Europe is the meeting point for the EV battery supply chain. It suits hardware founders in cells, battery management, charging and recycling who need to meet carmakers and suppliers.
9. IAA MOBILITY: 7–12 September 2027, Munich
IAA MOBILITY is Europe's largest mobility fair. The IAA Summit at Messe München is the business part for professional visitors, while the Open Space in the city centre is for the public. It is the best week of the year to meet carmakers and their suppliers in one place.
10. ITS World Congress: 25–29 October 2027, Birmingham

- VC investment in European mobility startups reached $6 billion in 2024, a 30% drop from the year before, according to Via ID and Dealroom.
- Debt funding hit a record $9 billion lent to European mobility startups in 2024, $5 billion of it tied to Northvolt, according to the same report.
- 27% of the companies in EIT Urban Mobility's portfolio were founded by women; it made 30 deals in 2025 and was named Europe's most active mobility investor for the third year in a row, according to the EIT.

- Start from your buyer. Carmakers and suppliers go to IAA MOBILITY, CES and The Battery Show, transit operators to the UITP Summit, cities to CoMotion, Velo-city and the ITS World Congress, and charging buyers to Power2Drive.
- Use the startup offers. Eureka Park at CES and the Startup Arena at Micromobility Europe are built for young companies, and CoMotion's Premium Pass is half price until 8 March 2027.
- Show, don't tell. Micromobility Europe has a test track, Power2Drive has test drives and the ITS World Congress takes live demonstrations.
- Go small for senior buyers. The Autonomous Cities Summit limits attendance, so the people you meet are decision-makers.
- Plan your Munich year. Power2Drive (June) and IAA MOBILITY (September) are both at Messe München; pick the one closer to your buyer, or go to both.
